Return Shipping

·         Vint Royale's error: Vint Royale will cover the return shipping cost.

·         Product arrived damaged: Vint Royale will cover the return shipping cost.

·         Change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and relevant details.

Please include clear photos when reporting visible damage or an incorrect item so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and the return has been processed, the refund is generally issued within 3–5 business days.

The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Order Cancellations

An order may be cancelled only if it has not been processed yet.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled and may instead be handled through the applicable return process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for products of equal or lesser value.

The replacement item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.
